Shanthakumar holds Bachelor in Computer Applications (BCA) and possesses 30+years’ hands on experience towards managing projects related to Geomatics & Spatial Information Technology. 

He has practical working experience in USA & CANADA and is exposed to managing the projects originating from different geographies. 

Seasoned professional & proven success in Project Management, Vendor Management & Development, Quality Management, Production & Operations Management, Development and Implementation of GIS-based Software Applications & and Process Improvement.

  Actively involved in providing Photogrammetry/LiDAR/Ortho/3D City Model/GIS projects, Geo-Spatial Engineering (IT Enabled services) / GIS solutions, etc. 

  Adept in managing operations involving resource planning, In-process inspection, Team building, Design & development, Coordination with internal departments and external customers.

  Hands-on experience in leading product/manufacturing process & ensuring compliance with quality standards. 

  Proficient in handling production operations for manufacturing various components; accountable for timely completion of the production projects. 

  Effective communicator with excellent relationship management and negotiation skills; possesses a flexible and result oriented attitude.
